On the Amazon River

“Your environment always wins” is what I’m thinking as we motor slowly up the Amazon River.

Nowhere is that truer than here. Logs as big as a car drift downstream. There are spiders larger than a turkey sandwich. It’s impossible to tell where the river ends and the land begins.

If you act like an impatient American here, things are not going to go your way.

But the good news is I’ve replaced my To Do list with just… being. It’s a nice change.

If you want a change, change your environment.
